BX Swan Lake Fire Rescue Department was dispatched to a serious 2 vehicle accident around 4 PM Thursday afternoon.
The incident occured at the intersection of Highway 97 and Meadowlark Road.
Multiple people were transported to hospital with unknown injuries.
Traffic was reduced to single lane in both directions while crews worked the scene. A light pole was knocked down during the incident.
BC ambulance, RCMP BC Hydro, were on scene.
