Once again, an accident has closed Highway 6 through Coldstream.
Approximately at 8:45 AM, emergency responders from Coldstream and Lavington Fire Halls were called to a collision between an SUV and a Semi.
BC Ambulance and RCMP also attended the scene.
Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported, despite airbags being deployed in the SUV.
No cause or details regarding what transpired have been released.
A man, presumably the semi-driver, was helping direct traffic around the accident until RCMP arrived. A person was seen sitting in a snow bank near the SUV.
Highway 6 was closed for a short time as the RCMP conducted their investigation.
BC Ambulance attended to the driver of the SUV.
