Hundreds of people are checking out a video taken last Tuesday showing the west side of the north end of Okanagan lake trying to see if their home is still standing. Since the White Rock Lake fire roared through the region earlier this week much of the area has been off limits to residents living along Westside Road.
This video was taken during a brief clearing of the smoke last Tuesday. Smoke was still present over the area making clear shots of some of the shoreline and buildings on the nearby slope hard to see.
